All of our beautiful properties come fully equipped with custom lighting, granite kitchen and baths and stainless appliances. Every property offers flat screen TVs over fireplace and full surround-sound stereos. Also, all have very well stocked kitchens complete with spices, serving pieces, pots, pans, linen, towels, washer & dryer, toilet paper, paper towels, soap and detergent. Every unit provides cable TV and high speed internet. Everything to make your vacation perfect!

GUEST REVIEW

After many years of family ski vacations, we finally hit the jackpot. The house, the location on the mountain and Jay Peak itself are the perfect place to spend some family time with both skiers and non skiers. With a free beginner lift right outside the door, even a couple non skiers rented equipment and gave it a go. The rest of us sat by the cozy fire and watched the snow fall and the lift go by. We could also easily walk to both lodges and meander around.

There is plenty to do and check out. We took advantage of the mountain movie theater-5 minutes away-to watch Rudolf Christmas Eve.

The house has 5 beautiful bedrooms and the owner has thought of everything to make it inviting and comfortable. Plenty of room for 10 and we never felt crowded. The deck is a great place to congregate while some went sledding. I loved that the deck had speakers and made sure the Christmas music was playing Christmas Day.

I chose Jay Peak because we had several non skiers and it didn’t disappoint. Plenty to keep them entertained. We even got snow most days which was magical, especially for the California visitors. Elisa is a wonderful host. Very communicative and easy to reach if we had any questions.

Bonus, the mountain shoveled our deck and walkways and the trash and recycling were steps out the door. Super easy to keep trash under control with 10 people. Four bathrooms meant never a wait. You can get almost everything you need on the mountain but the town of Newport is a short half hour and you can get anything else there. Plus their medical center is top notch. We had a wonderful family holiday and hope to be back soon.
